      Private Training Packages must be used within 120 days of purchase.   There are NO REFUNDS for Packages Purchased.   Packages may be shared between different trainers.        

     Group Plyo Package must be used in consecutive weeks for package price.

*CANCELLATION POLICY

We cannot give refunds or credits for late cancels (within 24 hours) or no shows for sickness, injury, or any other conflict as the trainer time and gym space is scheduled based on your reservation.  We welcome parents, siblings or you may contact a friend to get it covered.  Cancellations are required more than 24 hours in advanced to reschedule without charge.

For Cancellations:  Contact Your Trainer Directly.  All Cell phone numbers are on our website at www.primeathletes.net under VB Training, Trainer Bios or for Sports Performance Trainers, under Contact Info on website.   It is recommended to put your Trainer’s Cell Phone Number in your Cell Phone now just in case you need to reschedule.
